The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Rwanda is pleased to inform the public that UNFPA Rwanda Office has initiated its Business Continuity Plan effective March 16, 2020 in response to the current risks presented by the Covid19.  Among other measures,  UNFPA staff will be telecommuting from home and we are restricting meetings and large gatherings.  This measure is informed by guidance received from the Government of Rwanda, the World Health Organization, and UNFPA Headquarters.

UNFPA office will endeavor to continue operations as usual and has provided information to our partners and service providers on how they can communicate with the UNFPA during this period.

UNFPA  takes this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your collaboration and commitment to UNFPA’s work in Rwanda

UNFPA joins Rwanda and the World in supporting one another and acts in solidarity as we contend with the diverse impacts of COVID-19.
